Warranty and Specifications

Scope of Work:
To consist of field measuring, fabricating and furnishing of all materials and labor with fasteners necessary for a complete installation of all custom built enclosures. It shall include but not limited to incremental units, fin tube radiation, fan coil units and radiator enclosures as shown on drawings or specified to accommodate existing job conditions. Enclosures manufactured by Interior Metals.

Materials:
Enclosures shall consist of material, free from scale, rust and surface blemishes. Unless otherwise specified, stool tops, fixed support mullions, kick base, framework and removable front panels to be in standard 16-gauge galvanneal steel or as specified. Discharge or inlet grilles shall be removable extruded aluminum with clear anodized finish or stamped integral louver.

Workmanship:
Stool tops shall be secured in place, leveled and support mullions plumb. The enclosure shall be capable of maintaining a weight of 200 lbs. Per square foot without appreciable deflection. The front panels are to be freely removable with lift and pull method and fit firmly to avoid rattling. Skilled mechanics employing the latest trade techniques shall perform the fabrication and installation of materials.

Drawings:
Shop drawings are generated in Autocad format and depict all necessary information and details to perform a complete installation. All drawings shall be submitted for approval prior to any fabrication.

Finish:
Enclosure shall be installed and ready for field painting by others or in powder coat finish.

Warranty:
All work executed by Interior Metals shall be free from defects for a period of one year after completed installation.
